Quick guide
- Cancel booking frees the table immediately, emails the customer if email is set up, and moves it to Cancelled (you can restore it).
- Delete erases the booking completely. Use it for spam or mistakes.
- Block stops online bookings for that time. Full times block themselves automatically.
- Take a phone booking with + Add booking so the website never double-books.
Staff logins
Give every staff member their own login. Admin can do everything, including settings and staff logins. Staff can take bookings, run the schedule and block times, but can't change settings or logins.
